  We stubbled on this restaurant while checking out the shops in Richmond on our first trip to the area. My son is extremely picky and saw the pizza and wanted to try it. We were not disappointed. Service was also exceptional. He loved the pizza and only left a small slice because he was full (so I got to try some!) I also had the mushroom risotto which was also quiet delicious. Glad we popped in to give it a try. You also get a small cup of hot coco with your check that was amazing!

  I visited the Restaurant for an early Sunday dinner: Tony took care of our table and I really enjoyed the food and drinks. I had fried aubergines for starter and although a bit on the crispy side I liked them. I had an aubergine pizza with vegan cheese and chili oil and it was really tasty and light. Also tried one of the mocktails, Morello cherry 😊

  Went into a comfortable atmosphere, with plenty of seating. We started with Bruchetta which was very tasty. I ordered the spicy pasta which was delicious and my sister the pizza, though it looked massive it was surprisingly and easy to finish 😆 Service was slow because though the waitress was fantastic she was on her own. Maybe because it was the lull period.

  It was our first time visiting Zizzi in Richmond, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, and a nice touch was that they brought us a complimentary snack alongside our ordered drinks, which made a great first impression. We had a bit of a wait—around 45 minutes for the food—which felt slightly slow, but the quality of the dishes definitely made up for it. Everything we ordered was delicious and well presented. The chicken pizza in particular was excellent 👌, perfectly cooked with great flavour and a nice balance of toppings. Another highlight was that after registering on the Zizzi app, we received a code that allowed us to get a main course for just £1, which was a fantastic deal and made the visit even better. To finish, after paying the bill, we were pleasantly surprised when they treated us to a small complimentary shot of hot chocolate, a really thoughtful and memorable gesture. Overall, despite the slightly slow service, the food quality, friendly atmosphere, and little extras made this a great first visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

  Genuinely one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely slow. I had to repeatedly call staff just to get basic attention. What made it worse was when another customer mistook me for a member of staff and started asking me for help. The actual staff, including the manager who was clearly present, saw this and did absolutely nothing. No correction, no apology just ignored it. It’s not just about speed, it’s about awareness and professionalism, both of which were completely lacking. If the manager sets this standard, it explains everything. Would not recommend.
